About Us

Northern Flower is a friendly boutique flower shop, run by a small team of dedicated, qualified and enthusiastic florists.

Now beyond its 17th year Northern Flower is a well established and well loved flower shop with their friendly service and enthusiastic approach to work setting them apart.

No job is too big or too small and the products and services range from inexpensive trinkets as gifts to plants for large corporate environments with maintenance contracts.

Intimate & friendly

People love Northern Flower. It is an intimate, friendly, potting shed style, boutique flower shop, filled with unusual plants in quirky containers, the best quality cut flowers and selection of gifts. 

From beach bunting garlands to handmade gargoyle heads by local artist Amber Sanchez, it really does have something for everyone.

Northern Flower is happy to provide their customers with all their plant and flower needs from simple terracotta pots to advice on pests as well as that very important bouquet of beautiful flowers for a special birthday.

Every effort is made to stock the weird and unusual as this is what people like to see, however the more traditional needs are also catered for and specific requests are very welcomed with Northern Flower loving the challenge to source a rare plant or flower.


Returns & Refunds – Flowers, Plants & Gifts

Our flower bouquets are arranged with the highest quality, fresh-cut flowers designed to last. All flower bouquets come with flower food and care instructions to increase the freshness of your flowers.

Should there be a problem with your flowers or plant, we require notification within 24 hours of receipt to allow us to investigate. A photograph may be required to support any claims.

  • Refunds may occasionally be given at the discretion of the management.
  • Because of the perishable nature of floral products you are advised to make any complaint within 1 working day of the delivery date of your products.
  • All products require care, attention and in the case of all cut flower and some plants, if it is deemed that the products have not been cared for as per instructions on our flower care leaflets, then we may NOT refund or offer an exchange of product
  • We will inspect all flowers and plants returned to us claimed to be faulty or damaged. If we discover that they are not faulty or damaged a refund will not be issued
  • Refunds, partial refunds or an exchange will be given if the product is proved to be faulty or damaged and will be at the discretion of management
